What is PFA?

PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, which is suitable for extrusion molding, injection molding, transfer molding and other melt forming methods. Common ones are: DuPont/Chemus PFA resin raw materials. Daikin PFA resin raw materials, Dongyue PFA resin raw materials, Juhua PFA resin raw materials, Sanaifu PFA resin raw materials, etc.

What is the material of PFA tube

PFA pipe is a kind of high performance plastic pipe made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and ethylene fluoride. It is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluorinated propylene  and perfluorinated vinyl ether with polytetrafluoroethylene, with good resistance to high and low temperatures (-80 to +260 degrees Celsius), corrosion resistance and aging resistance. In addition, PFA tubes have good processing properties, are easy to form, and have high transparency. Due to these characteristics, PFA tubes are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing devices, heat exchangers, steam piping, corrosive medium transport pipes  and groove insulated pipes and other fields, and are sometimes called "plastic king". The melt adhesion of PFA tube is enhanced and the viscosity of solution is decreased, but the performance of PFA tube is not changed compared with that of PTFE.

The temperature resistance of PFA tube

PFA material has excellent heat resistance (maintain mechanical strength in a wide range of temperature areas from -80 ° C to 260 ° C), but generally under harsh conditions, such as pressure, we recommend that it is: -80 ° C to 260 ° C
